Through the centuries science has been unable to accept that a child could be born to a virgin, therefore it has been a subject of ridicule and scorn to the few who accepted it by faith and belief in the words of the New Testament. Today it seems incredible that one cannot easily see the possibility to even the most doubting scientist.lScienceis not an enemy of the church, but rather a particular scientist's point of view.cYou're pastor, you're doctor, you, nor I are perfect and the sooner we understand that we can look at science for what it has to offer. Without their endeavors we would live as we did in the stone age, or if we want to go back even further to the dawn of man. What if each millennia stated "it can't be done", "these men are crazy", and refused to let them acheive a forward step of development. Thankfully up to the present there has been funding or perserverance of indiviuals to discover our very essence of life today as we know it. Will science go too far some day; probably.

The twentieth century brought medical and scientific advances at a rate never before thought of. Infertility became a thing of the past as more and more infertility problems presented themselves. We thought it incredible to have a test tube baby. Then we watched as eggs were fertilized and frozen for future use. Now we have been listening and watching as the world develops cloned animals. We surely are not naive as to believe that some country will next clone a human. It won't be long! That will soon open the door for other countries to keep up.Click here to add your text.

Wehave had anesthesia for years, yet we can't imagine a God who could anesthesize a young girl and implant a fertilized egg. Neither can we accept the fact that the bible actually states, that God and Christ are one, yet they are two. Several places state if you have seen me, you have seen the father, yet they are obviously two separate beings. Why would Christ explain how to pray; "Our Father which art in heaven", when he (Christ was certainly visible on earth) and was flesh born of human elements. Would God have lain himself in utero for nine months? Is this evidence of cloning, or some other method we are as yet unaware of. Man has great difficulty accepting the fact that we may actually be very ignorant and undeveloped when it comes to comparison of other worlds/universes, etc.
If you take every word of the Bible literally, then explain how no mistakes of translation through a few thousand years took place. Then what are you supposed to do with God saying he made man from the dust of the earth. Does that mean he was made from mud pies or from elents of the earth? What about Eve; God said he caused a deep sleep to come upon Adam and took a rib and made/formed Eve. Doesn't that sound like some form of dna extraction? Now you know she was born to someone as I'm sure she had the proverbial belly button. It's not good enough not to think, but just spend one's life saying "if thats whats written, then thats the way it is." Think rather of an inspired writer who was probably redestined to give us a glimpse into the beginning of our time, but we are so dense we don't try to understand what is really being said. This article is not to try and make a point of belief for anyone, but rather think out what you read and believe.
Most scientists that I have encounteerd are agnostic's, not atheists. Don't you run into atheists in everday life; then in the field of science there is no difference. I have also met many scientists who are afraid to express their belief of a higher power and the ridicule from their peers who are atheists. Quit giving these men/women their power as they are no one special to merit this distinction. They are simply expressing and trying to force their belief onto the world. Do you not have a mind of your own? Take the good science has to offer and discard egotistical personalities that believe they are more intelligent than any God could be and realize they will find out soon enough.
If you think perhaps there is/was a creator or master of design, then why are you lacking insight into the fact that this creator is much smarter than you or me and to cause a virgin to give birth is very elementary to Him. I'm sure there are many methods that would have been possible from such Master of Design.

I'm not trying to state that one of these methods were used in the process of the birth of Jesus; I am trying to point out that there are various processes that we now have to produce a pregnancy, so if there is a God, then we accept He made the world, but can't accept that He could cause a female to become pregnant is both arrogant and ignorant in my opinion. Before I get bombarded, don't get excited. I make no claim as to being a scientist, I'm simply a thinking person who can look at the available evidence.ck here to add your text.
An interesting thing to ponder! If Christ had brothers and sisters as related in the bible, then He had half-siblings. Now if He had these brothers and sisters and they had children and their children had children, etc. How many of us could be related to Mary and Joseph today. This mathematical example reminds me of the proverbial penny. Click here to add your text.
For example:
5 siblings married and they each had 5 children ( small family in those days)
1st generation: 5 x 5 = 25 50 years
2nd generation: 25 x 5 = 125 100
3rd generation: 125 x 5 = 625 150
4th generation: 625 x 5 = 3,125 200
5th generation: 3125 x 5 = 15,625 250
6th generation: 15625 x 5 = 78,125 300
7th generation 78125 x 5 = 390,625 350
8th generation: 390625 x 5 = 1,953,125 400
9th generation: 1953125 x 5 = 9,765,625 450
10th generation: 9765625 x 5 = 48,828,125 500
Imagine 2000 years; where have the descendants migrated? If we assume some families had no children, then we must also assume that in those days many families had ten to twelve children. In recent decades the rate would certainly have declined, but these figures are staggering nontheless. Recently I became interested in Genealogy and have become amazed at the migration of the races. There are wonderful sites on the web with many experts who have dedicated years to the origin of names and evolvement of travels. I was amazed at how wide spread the Jewish and Arab countries infiltrated Europe hundreds and thousands of years ago. History buffs, get your calculator and tell us what our odds are of being descended from these races if your heritage is from Europe. Amazing; how many people hate the Jews or the Arabs and blame them for the worlds troubles, yet they may have descended from these people. Sounds like the hatred of Hitler who hated the Jews, yet that was part of his descent. He hated brown eyes and wanted a blond, blue eyed Arayan race; yet he had dark hair and brown eyes. These contradictions were undoubtedly part of his madness. Read chapter: What is reincarnation?
This is but a scratch on the foor of the ocean of what we don't know, but it is a tiny grain to ponder.
A simple calculator was used for this demonstration, an estimated calculation meant to demonstrate the beginnings of humanity, their survived genetics and the realization, "we are all as one."
